Why are we building this?
Guests don’t read books or PDFs anymore. So we decided to build something better: a digital compendium that’s elegant and easy to use.
Our Mission
We’re here to make hospitality profitable—and better for the planet.
By going digital, hotels can reduce the need for printed materials. That means fewer trees cut down, less paper waste, and a lighter footprint overall.
We also care deeply about the environmental cost of running digital services. That’s why InvoGuide runs on AWS, which is powered by 100% renewable energy and committed to reaching net-zero carbon by 2040.
Our Pledge
🌱 For every active subscription, we contribute to global reforestation efforts by funding tree planting around the world. It’s our way of supporting the vacation rental community while giving back to the planet.

Meet the Founders
Hi! We’re Yasa and Pula—the founders of InvoGuide and the creative duo behind Padfoot Labs Limited.
We’re also longtime Potterheads—and yes, our company name is inspired by one of our favourite characters Sirius Black, a.k.a. Padfoot.
We love building impactful, scalable businesses. When we saw that guest management could be done better, we dove in and haven’t looked back.
We officially started building in February 2024, and since then, we’ve expanded and onboarded properties across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Our goal now is to help hospitality businesses around the world create better guest experiences with less waste and more ease.
