You can now download your guidebook as a PDF! Just click the three dots on your published guidebook and select Download PDF.

(We’re all about going paperless, so please print only if absolutely necessary 🌱)

A quick note — Emojis won’t appear in the PDF version, as they sometimes display inconsistently across devices. We’ve removed them for now to keep your guidebook clean and readable.

Share with QR Codes

Make it easy for guests to access your guidebook by generating a QR code. Click the Share button on your published guidebook and select “Download QR Code”—perfect for printing or displaying around your property.

Custom Guidebook Links

Your guidebook links now automatically include your property name for a cleaner, more professional look. For example, if your property is “Farm Stay Matamata,” your link will be app.invoguide.com/g/farm-stay-matamata.

While you can’t copy the link directly in the app yet, you can build your own using the format: app.invoguide.com/g/your-property-name-separated-by-dashes.

We’ve already sent your custom links, so you’re all set!

Rearrange & Manage Sections

You can now rearrange sections within a group by simply dragging and dropping them into the order you prefer using the handle.

Use the checkboxes and the bottom action bar to delete, hide/unhide, or move sections to the top or bottom with ease—individually or in bulk.
