How to reorder elements within a section

Quick answer: On the preview pane, pick your section from the menu to see the changes as it happens. Go to the Group that contains the section, then click the Reorder button from the Action bar. In the pop-up, choose the Section, drag your Elements up or down using the drag handle, and click Save. Then click Save & Publish to make it live.

On the preview pane, pick your section from the menu, so you’ll see every change the moment it happens.
On the Editing panel, make sure you’re in the Group that contains the section, then click the Reorder button from the Action bar.
In the pop-up, choose the Section you’re working on. You’ll see all the Elements inside it.
Drag them up or down using the drag handle.
Click Save.
