How to switch your premium plan between Monthly and Yearly

Quick answer: To switch your billing frequency, cancel your current plan and subscribe again. On the dashboard, click the three dots, select Unpublish, then choose Cancel Subscription & Unpublish. Click Edit, open the Review tab, click Publish, select the frequency you want, choose your Tier, and complete payment.

Billing frequency isn’t a setting you toggle. Moving from Monthly to Yearly, or back the other way, means ending your current subscription and starting a fresh one. It only takes a minute, and your guidebook link stays exactly the same.

How to switch your billing frequency

1. On the dashboard, click the three dots and select Unpublish.
2. Choose Cancel Subscription & Unpublish. Make sure you pick this option rather than just Unpublish, otherwise your current subscription stays active.
3. Check that your guidebook now shows as Unpublished in the top right.
4. Click Edit.
5. Once in Edit Mode, open the Review tab and click Publish at the bottom.
6. On the subscription plan page, select the frequency you want from the top.
7. Choose the Tier you want.
8. Complete your payment details and click Subscribe.

Why publish again straight away?

Your guest link won’t work while the guidebook is unpublished. Anyone who opens it in that window sees nothing. Move through the republish steps in one sitting so the gap is as short as possible.

Will my guidebook link change?

No. Your guidebook link stays the same, even though it’s been unpublished and published again. Once you’re done, check that:

• The link opens correctly in a new tab.
• The dashboard shows Published.
