A digital guidebook is an online version of your property’s house manual, welcome book, or guest guide. You decide what to include—whether it’s check-in details, local tips, or house rules.

How can I get started?

Simply fill out the form below and submit it. We’ll be in touch shortly to guide you through the onboarding process.

Do I need to pay for setup/ edits?

Not at all! We create and update your guidebook entirely free of charge. Simply email us any changes at any time, and we’ll handle them—no hidden fees, ever.

How can I send this to my guests?

Once your guidebook is published, you’ll receive a shareable link. You can include this link in your automated messages or emails sent to guests after they book.

Can’t I edit the guidebooks myself?

Currently, during our beta phase, direct editing isn’t available—but don’t worry, we handle all updates for you at no cost. The good news? A self-service portal is on the way! Soon, you’ll be able to create and manage your own guidebooks with ease.

What if I don’t know what to put in the guidebook?

No problem at all. We’ve created many guidebooks and know what guests typically need. Our onboarding process walks you through the most common sections, and you can always request custom additions. We’ll help shape it with you—for free.
