What is a digital guidebook?
A digital guidebook is an online version of your property’s house manual, welcome book, or guest guide. You decide what to include—whether it’s check-in details, local tips, or house rules.
How can I get started?
Go to the app and click the button that says “Create New Guidebook.” As you make your guidebook, you will see a preview of it. The steps are easy to follow.
If you already have your content ready, you can just copy and paste it — this takes less than 15 minutes. If you don’t have your content ready, don’t worry! We have a template to help you; just add your own words and click publish when you are done.
Do I need to pay for setup/ edits?
There is no extra charge for setup or for making edits to your guidebooks—the only fee is your regular subscription. If you want help managing your guidebooks, a premium service is offered for an extra cost; contact us to arrange this if needed.
How can I send this to my guests?
After you publish your guidebook, you get a unique link you can share. You can put this link in your listing, emails, or messages to guests so they can open your guidebook on their phone or computer any time they want.
Can I edit the guidebooks myself?
Yes, you can edit your guidebooks whenever you want. Just log in on your computer or phone, make your changes, and save them. The app is easy to use on both desktop and mobile devices.
What if I don’t know what to put in the guidebook?
No problem at all. The app gives you a ready-made template with sections that work for most properties. All you have to do is fill in the details relevant to you, like your house rules or local tips. You can add more information and pictures whenever you want to make your guidebook even better.
