What is a digital compendium?
A digital compendium/ guidebook is an online version of your property’s house manual, welcome book, or guest guide. You decide what to include—whether it’s check-in details, local tips, or upsells.
How can we get started?
Sign up and we’ll be in touch to lead you through the creation process.
Do we need to pay for setup/ edits?
There is no extra charge for setup or for making edits to your guidebooks—the only fee is your regular subscription.
We offer a free setup and a 30-day free trial to get you started with zero risk and effort on your part!
How can we send this to our guests?
After your guidebook is published, you get a unique link you can share. You can put this link in your listing, emails, or messages to guests so they can open your guidebook on their phone or computer any time they want.
You could also leave a QR in all your rooms and common areas of the property so that guests have easy access at anytime.
Can we edit the compendiums by ourselves?
Yes, you can edit your compendiums whenever you want.
We’ll do an onboarding after your guidebook is published so your team knows exactly what to do. Our editing portal is easy to use on both desktop and mobile devices.
What if we are not sure what to include in our compendium?
That’s completely fine — it’s one of the most common starting points. We’ve built compendiums for all kinds of hospitality providers globally, so we know what works best. During your free setup, we’ll work with you to identify those recurring questions and shape them into clear, useful content.You don’t need to come in with anything ready.
